Will “Everybody” come to school?

While enroute to our Canadian outpost for the summer, today’s post is a link to an insightful discussion about the effect of changing technology on education. It begins with a reference to a new book which is getting a lot of attention by Clay Shirkey, called “Here Comes Everybody”, kind of this year’s version of Wkinomics, by Don Tapscott.

In any case, it’s a dialogue that presents a variety of views on how technology and the choices it offers is causing educators to re-think their role in society.  Well worth reading, and a great link to follow.
